Description

A black tray with a notched edge

Seen from the side, the Plate looks like a tray held in mid-air: a black aluminium disc whose edge is cut into small teeth. The underside carries a frosted diffuser that hides the source and softens the glare. A short stem connects the disc to its fixing sleeve.

25 W LED, light directed downwards

The integrated 25 W LED is supplied with the fitting and its output is fixed. The light falls beneath the disc and forms a pool of light on the ground, with little light wasted towards the sky. Rated IP44, the light withstands rain.

Post mounting

Despite its low height, the head weighs 2.36 kg: allow for a suitable, well-anchored post or pole. Connection with earth, as the fitting is Class I. The taller the pole, the wider the circle of light on the ground becomes, but the less intense it is.
