A black cast street lamp

The black cast aluminium post is interrupted by a moulded ring, then rests on a tall, faceted base that gives the light the look of a garden street lamp. At the top, the glazed lantern keeps the curved roof and the finial of the series. The panes are made of clear glass.

Reach of the light

Perched at the top of the post, the lantern lights a wider area than a bollard light and covers a courtyard or private parking space. The E27 lampholder accepts 60 W maximum; bulb not included. The light works with a dimmer if the bulb allows it. Thanks to its IP44 rating, the floor lamp withstands normal weather and stays in place summer and winter.

Weight and anchoring

At 200 cm high, 23 cm in diameter and 7.2 kg, this floor lamp needs solid anchoring: a concrete footing poured at installation, with a duct for the power cable. The connection must include an earth (Class I). Install it at least one metre from the edge of a driveway to avoid impacts.
