Grampian black garden floor lamp lantern, 68 cm head

Victorian lantern head

The head is made of cast aluminium and steel finished in black, with clear glass panels. It features the four-sided roof, ornamental hooks at the corners, the button finial and the cradle of curved rods. Beneath the cradle, a cylindrical sleeve is used to fix it to the top of the post.

E27 bulb and IP23 rating

The E27 lampholder accepts up to 60 W, bulb not included. IP44 protects it from driving rain and splashes; direct water jets should be avoided. Class I, earthed, and dimmable if the bulb is dimmable. Choose a 2700 K LED bulb with a clear filament, which will remain visible behind the glass.

Post mounting

This item is the lantern only: you will also need a post or pole suited to its sleeve, with the cable passing through the inside. At 68 cm high, 29 cm wide and 6.21 kg, the head calls for a sturdy post and stands out well on top of a garden post, at the entrance to a path or near a gate.
