About this light

Double lantern garden floor lamp from the Turin Grande range: two large square lanterns at the end of a 91 cm scrolled arm, on a post with a moulded base. The data sheet gives a height of 191 cm, and 279 cm at maximum height. It lights a courtyard, a parking space or a junction of paths.

Description

Post with base and scrolled arm

The post, base, arm and lantern frames are made of die-cast aluminium. The faceted base is decorated with mouldings, and the post tapers to a point between the two arms. Each lantern has a pyramid roof with a knob and four clear glass sides.

Two E27 lampholders and variable intensity

Each lantern takes one E27 bulb of up to 100 W, not included. The data sheet states variable intensity: combine a suitable dimmer with dimmable LED bulbs to lower the light in the evening. IP54 rating, protected against dust and water splashes.

Height and installation

The light is 191 cm high; the data sheet mentions 279 cm at maximum, without specifying how this height is reached. The arm extends over 91 cm with a 30 cm projection. Allow for a concrete footing for anchoring and a buried duct for the cable. Keep sufficient clearance around the lanterns, away from branches.
