The black metal structure is made of evenly spaced rods that curve outwards at the middle. At the top, a solid disc closes the cage; at the bottom, a round plate serves as the foot. Against greenery or a light wall, the black clearly outlines the pattern of the bars, even when switched off. At 6.3 kg, it sits firmly on the ground.

Indirect light and IP44 rating

The integrated 18 W LED is included and delivers 2300 lm: nothing more to buy. Its 3000 K colour temperature stays within the warm whites. The light is emitted indirectly and passes between the rods, creating ambient lighting rather than task lighting. There is no dimming: the lamp is switched on and off with its switch. In terms of protection, IP44 makes it safe from rain; choose a balcony, a terrace or a façade under a roof overhang.

Where to place it

At 65 cm high and 55 cm in diameter, it takes up the floor space of a small pedestal table: place it next to an outdoor bench seat or at the foot of a garden staircase, where its bars remain visible.
