Bayview black aluminium lantern garden floor lamp, 216.4 cm

Street lamp silhouette in cast aluminium

The black post widens into a flared base and carries, at the top, a square lantern with four panes of clear bevelled glass. Its two-tier roof ends in a finial. The aluminium casting shapes the rings of the shaft and the details of the foot; the finish is black from top to bottom.

Dimmable light, rain-resistant

The lantern takes an E27 bulb of up to 60 W, to be purchased separately. The floor lamp is stated to be compatible with a dimmer: choose a dimmable E27 LED to make the most of it. A 2700 K colour temperature lights the path without glare. The IP44 rating allows it to stay out in the garden in the rain.

Ground installation and connection

The floor lamp weighs 5.93 kg and is no wider than 22.8 cm: it fits into a narrow border. Allow for a flat, hard surface, such as a concrete slab, and a power supply buried in conduit, installed by an electrician. Class I: the circuit must include an earth connection. Along a path, space several floor lamps a few metres apart.
