Klampenborg black post light with sensor, clear glass, 33.7 cm

Stainless steel shaft with built-in sensor

The short black lacquered 304 stainless steel shaft carries a small round detection sensor on the front. Above it, the clear glass and the 27.5 cm conical cap echo the design of the other Klampenborg models.

Switches on as you pass, E27 cap

The supplier presents it with a motion sensor (PIR), and the sensor is visible in the photo: the light only comes on when someone approaches. It works with an E27 bulb of 60 W maximum, to be supplied separately. As the lamp does not stay on continuously, an LED that quickly reaches full brightness is a good choice; the fitting also allows dimming with a dimmable bulb. Rated IP44, it can withstand rain.

Positioning the sensor

When installing, turn the sensor towards the area you want to monitor before tightening the base screws. The whole unit weighs 1.35 kg. Class I: earth connection required.
