About this light

In a silver finish, this outdoor pedestal lamp with sensor is the Klampenborg base version, standing 33.7 cm tall. The light grey 304 stainless steel, clear glass and wide conical hat suit a light facade, grey render or aluminium joinery. A cell housed in the shaft switches the light on when someone approaches.

Description

Silver stainless steel, glass and hat

A light metal tone throughout the lamp: hat, rings, shaft and base. The 27.5 cm hat protects a clear glass cylinder; beneath it, the round sensor cell appears on the shaft, on the side facing the path.

Detection and bulb

Sold by the supplier as a PIR sensor version, the lamp switches on when it detects movement, then turns itself off. It requires an E27 bulb of 60 W maximum, to be purchased separately, dimmable if a dimmer controls the circuit. IP44 protects it from rain and watering.

Where to place it

On an entrance pillar or at the top of a flight of steps, it welcomes visitors without staying on all night. It weighs 1.35 kg and screws onto a flat surface. Earthing required, Class I.
