Slim post and Nordic lantern

The cylindrical post rises from a circular base plate and ends in the lantern: clear glass protected by bars, topped with a round cap and two stepped rings. The whole is made of 304 stainless steel, powder-coated in black, a treatment designed for coastal regions. The manufacturer covers the structure with a 15-year guarantee.

Lighting a path without glare

At 100 cm high, the light falls on the path and borders, and the rings hide the bulb from view. IP44 rating: rain and splashes are no problem. The E27 cap takes a bulb of up to 60 W, not included; a warm white LED uses little energy for lighting that stays on all evening. With a dimmable LED, a dimmer can lower the light.

Installing it in the garden

The lantern is 21.8 cm in diameter and the bollard weighs 2.98 kg. Fix the base plate onto a concrete block or slab, with a buried duct for the cable and an earth conductor, as the fitting is Class I. Along a path, space the bollards a few metres apart to obtain regular pools of light.
