The white, milky globe is 20 cm wide. It sits on a satin stainless steel cylinder which houses the sensor cell at its base. A short arm connects this cylinder to a round wall backplate. This milky globe is made of polycarbonate, not glass.

Automatic switch-on

The motion sensor turns the light on as you approach, so there is no need to look for the switch with your hands full. The globe spreads light in all directions, towards the wall as well as the ground. Use an E27 bulb of 60 W maximum, not included; a 2700 K LED is enough for a doorstep. With its IP44 rating, it withstands rain on a facade. Class I: earth wire required.

Facade installation

Allow 23 cm of projection from the wall for a weight of 0.6 kg. Position it at around 1.80 m above the ground, next to the door or above a step: the sensor must see people coming, without being blocked by a pillar, a hedge or an awning that is too low.
