Clear cone on a stainless steel body

The Strand wall light is made up of three parts: a round wall backplate, a cylindrical stainless steel body fixed by a short stem, and a conical polycarbonate diffuser that flares upwards. A slightly domed metal cap closes the cone. The clear diffuser lets you see the bulb and its lampholder.

An E27 bulb of 60 W maximum

The E27 cap accepts a bulb of up to 60 W; it is not supplied with the wall light. Behind this clear cone, a frosted-glass or filament LED in 2700 K avoids the bare bulb effect. IP44 rating: the wall light withstands rain and splashes, and can be installed on a façade, near a door or under a canopy. Class I, must be connected to earth.

Wall fixing and dimensions

At 18 cm wide and 0.6 kg, it can be fixed to most exterior walls. Allow 22 cm of projection from the wall, which matters if it flanks a door that opens outwards. Install it at about 1.80 m from the ground, on either side of the entrance or above the letterbox.
