A black aluminium half-cylinder

The Apollo consists of an aluminium and metal shell painted black, curved into a half-tube and fixed flat against the wall. The top and bottom edges are left open: you can see the light grey interior that reflects the light. The size is tiny, 7 cm wide with a 6 cm projection, so you can install several without weighing down a façade.

Two 3 W LEDs in 4000 K

The two integrated 3 W LED sources are fitted as standard and each deliver 400 lm, in 4000 K neutral white. This is ambient and marker lighting, not task lighting: it highlights the texture of a render or stone and marks a doorway. The IP44 rating makes it suitable for outdoor use, preferably on a façade or under a porch, sheltered from water jets. Class I, earth connection required.

Mounting height and spacing

At 11 cm high and 0.54 kg, the wall light can be fixed to most exterior walls. Mount it at about 1.70 m from the ground so the two lines of light have room; on either side of a door, a pair of Apollo lights frames the entrance symmetrically.
