Walle grey open-frame outdoor wall light, 7 W LED up and down

A rectangular aluminium ring

The Walle is simply a frame with rounded corners, 21.5 cm wide and 5.5 cm high, attached to the wall by a slim backplate. The outside is matt grey; the inner faces of the frame reflect the light of the LED. The opening in the centre lets you see the wall through it, which lightens the overall look.

A 7 W LED for a dual beam

The integrated 7 W LED source is supplied. It lights upwards and downwards and draws two cones of light on the wall on either side of the frame. The intensity cannot be dimmed. The wall light is IP44: rain will not stop it, so it can be fitted on an exposed façade as well as under a canopy.

Mounting height and spacing

It weighs 0.7 kg and connects to 230 V, with earth (Class I). For a garage door, flank it with two wall lights fitted at about 2 m high: the upper beam then grazes the lintel and the lower one lights the threshold. On a garden wall, a spacing of about 3 m gives a regular rhythm.
