Kent black aluminium outdoor wall lantern, diamond-pane glass, 32.8 cm

Black aluminium and engraved glass

The lantern is made of black lacquered aluminium, a lightweight metal; the manufacturer guarantees it for 5 years against corrosion. The roof is curved and topped with a small finial, and the square cage holds four engraved glass panes marked with a diamond. A wrought-style scroll links the roof to the wall plate.

Light filtered by the glass

The E27 lampholder takes a bulb of up to 60 W, to be purchased separately, and can be used with a dimmer, provided the bulb is dimmable. The engraved glass softens the glare of the lamp. Rated IP44, the Kent withstands rain on a front wall, beside a front door or a garage.

Fitting beside the door

It projects 23 cm from the wall, is 16.5 cm wide, and weighs just 1.78 kg. As a pair on either side of a door, position them at about 1.60 to 1.70 m above the ground, at eye level. The wiring includes the earth wire (Class I).
