Smile white square outdoor wall light with half-moon cut-out

A white square with a crescent cut-out

The white aluminium housing forms a flat square with crisp edges. In its lower half, a rounded opening reveals a curved reflector and the white plastic diffuser, set back. Switched off, the wall light looks like a wall plate; switched on, only the half-moon lights up.

10 W LED included, IP44

The light comes from an integrated 10 W LED, supplied with the fitting, with fixed brightness. The light stays contained within the cut-out: it is marker and waymarking lighting rather than a floodlight. Its IP44 rating lets it withstand rain on a façade, a gate pillar or a wall under a canopy.

Installation and weight

Allow for a projection of 11 cm and a weight of 1.45 kg, which calls for wall plugs suited to the surface. Class I: earthing is mandatory. Beside a door, install it at about 1.60 to 1.80 m above the ground; along an outdoor staircase, lower down, to light the steps.
