About this light

This three-light outdoor wall lantern sets a square polished nickel lantern on a curved arm, attached to a flower-shaped wall plate. The lantern sits above its support and projects 34.5 cm from the wall: it lights up the façade and the threshold of a large door, a gate or a flight of front steps.

Description

Four-pane lantern on a swan-neck arm

It is made of solid nickel-plated, polished brass; the British retailer describes it as handmade and waxed. A round backplate chased with petals serves as the wall fixing; a flat arm springs from it, dips and then rises again to carry the lantern from below. The lantern echoes the range's pierced hipped roof and dome, with four clear panes around the candles.

Three E14 candle bulbs

It takes three E14 bulbs of 60 W maximum each, sold separately. Clear LED flame bulbs stay true to the spirit of a townhouse lantern. Dimming is possible with dimmable bulbs. The IP44 rating protects it from rain: the bracket can be installed on a façade, without a canopy.

Projection, weight and installation

Allow 47.8 cm in height, 22 cm in width and a projection of 34.5 cm. At 5.85 kg, it should be fixed to a masonry wall with suitable wall plugs, not to lightweight cladding. On a gate or double door, install one on each side, with the top of the lantern slightly above the opening.
