Pipe aluminium outdoor wall light, up and down light, 2 x GU10

The Pipe tube in aluminium grey

The metal cylinder in an aluminium finish measures 6.5 cm in diameter and sits on a rectangular bracket that holds it 10 cm off the wall. Each end of the tube is closed by a clear glass. Mounted on a grey concrete wall, the metal shade stays light even when switched off.

Two opposing GU10 beams

Each GU10 lampholder takes a bulb of up to 35 W, not supplied with the wall light. The beam depends on the bulb chosen: a narrow-angle GU10 draws two crisp lines, while a wide-angle GU10 fans the light out. Dimming is possible with bulbs that support it. Thanks to its IP44 rating, it withstands rain and the damp of a garden.

Installation

Allow for a weight of 0.6 kg and a 230 V connection with earth, as the fitting is Class I. On a tall façade, a row of Pipe lights spaced 2 to 3 m apart creates a regular sequence of columns of light.
