Black cast aluminium and moulded details

The body is moulded in black cast aluminium. The half-lantern has three clear glass panes: one at the front and two angled sides. A scalloped frieze runs beneath the top, which is crowned with a finial, and the base ends in a moulded foot.

E27 bulb and IP44 rating

The E27 lampholder takes a bulb of up to 60 W, sold separately. An amber LED filament bulb, as shown in the photo, recalls old gas lamps. Rated IP44, it withstands rain and splashes from every direction: an exposed wall suits it as well as a porch. Being Class II, it needs no earth wire. Dimming requires a dimmer and a bulb that supports it.

Dimensions and installation

It measures 44.5 cm high and 26 cm wide, and projects 14 cm. Light at 2.1 kg, it can be fitted to most exterior walls. Beside a door, place the centre of the glass at about 1.70 m from the ground. The same lantern is available with an integrated motion sensor.
