A lantern hanging from its arm
The round wall backplate carries a short, slightly angled arm, from the end of which the lantern hangs by its handle. You will recognise the pointed-arch frame, the clear glass chimney, the two crossed hoops and the round base of the Miners range. The hand-made aluminium body is painted in an antique bronze colour; the manufacturer backs this finish with an anti-corrosion guarantee.
E27 entrance lighting
An E27 lampholder accepts a bulb of up to 60 W, sold separately. Choose a flame-shaped LED in 2700 K: its golden light pairs well with the bronze, and a dimmable version can be controlled with a dimmer. The IP44 rating protects it against splashing water, so it can be fitted on a façade exposed to showers. Earth connection required (Class I).
15 cm projection and mounting height
At 42 cm high, 20 cm wide and weighing 2.25 kg, the wall light is fixed to a solid wall. It projects only 15 cm, making it suitable for a narrow passage. Beside a door, position the backplate at about 1.70 m from the ground, so that the lantern sits at eye level.
