Verdigris patina on solid brass

The same silhouette as the other Old Bailey lights, but in a completely different shade: the metal is treated to give an oxidised, blue-green, nuanced look that goes well with pale stone, painted wood or a climbing plant. The body is made of hand-crafted solid brass. Three clear glass panes close the front and sides; the top is crowned with a moulded cornice and a square cap.

Entrance lighting, even in the rain

Rated IP44, this lantern withstands showers and splashes: it can be left on an unsheltered wall. It takes a single bulb with an E27 cap, up to 100 W, which you will need to buy separately. The light shines out of the front and through the two glazed sides.

Dimensions and fixing

The 11 cm projection avoids obstructing the way near a door that opens outwards. Weighing 2.4 kg, it needs only screws and wall plugs into a load-bearing wall or other solid support. To light a lock and a few steps, mount it slightly above eye level, at around 1.70 m.
