Somerton outdoor wall light in brass, rounded shade and gooseneck arm

Dome, rolled rim and question-mark arm

The round backplate carries a tubular arm that rises and then curves back down, like a question mark. The shade is made up of a dome set on a wide, slightly upturned rim, from which the clear glass bell protrudes. The retailer describes it as solid, handmade brass finished with beeswax, and as antique brass according to the supplier: the colour continues to patinate outdoors and takes on an older look.

An E27 lamp for the entrance

Screw in an E27 bulb of 60 W maximum, not included and dimmable if you want to control it with a dimmer; a filament LED visible behind the glass stays true to the spirit of vintage lamps. With IP44 protection, the light can be exposed to rain on a façade without a canopy. Class I: earth connection required.

25 cm high, 34 cm projection

Compact, it measures 25 cm high and 24 cm wide and weighs 1.73 kg. The shade sits 34 cm from the wall: enough to light the doorstep without obstructing the way. Position it at lintel height, around 1.80 to 2 m.
