A relay lantern in black cast aluminium

Black cast aluminium and clear granulated glass dotted with bubbles: the lantern takes its cues from English stable lanterns. A small cut-out frieze highlights the edge of the roof, a finial closes the base of the urn, and the curled bracket rests on an oval backplate fixed to the wall.

Outdoor light

The three E14 lampholders accept 60 W per bulb; no bulbs are supplied with the wall light. A dimmer can be used with compatible bulbs. IP44 rating: rain and splashes are no problem on an exposed wall. For a result close to candlelight, a low-power LED filament flame bulb is more than enough.

50 cm size and installation

It measures 50 cm high and 21.6 cm wide, and projects 26.7 cm from the wall. Its weight of 3.01 kg calls for wall plugs chosen to suit the wall material. The light is Class I: the earth wire must be connected. Near a glazed door, fit it about 1.80 m above the floor to light the threshold without causing glare. 3-year anti-corrosion guarantee according to the manufacturer.
