Pitched roof and chrome chimney
The sloping grey roof rises to a shiny metal chimney, a detail reminiscent of farmyard lanterns. Beneath it, the natural oak body, kiln-dried to prevent cracking and combined with aluminium, frames panes of bubbled glass. The front door, crossed by a wooden X, opens on hinges and closes with a latch: the bulb can be changed without taking the wall light down.
Light and outdoor durability
Two E27 lampholders take the bulbs, which are to be purchased separately. Filament bulbs in 2700 K keep the lantern spirit; if dimmable, they can be used with a dimmer. With its IP44 rating, this wall light is made for outdoor use: a rain-lashed facade, a terrace wall or the underside of a canopy all suit it.
Dimensions and recommended height
16.5 cm wide with a projection of 12.7 cm: it stays slim on the wall and does not obstruct passage. At 2 kg, it is easy to fix, and the connection includes an earth (Class I). Fit it at around 1.70 m from the ground, beside the opening to be lit. A pair on either side of a gate gives more even lighting.
