About this light

Black LED outdoor wall light with a sculpted form: the face of the Edgar is hollowed into two angled planes that meet in the middle, like an upright bow tie. Light escapes upwards and downwards in two soft halos. It suits an entrance, a terrace wall or a covered passage, where it works as a marker rather than as general lighting.

Description

Bevelled façade in black aluminium

The black aluminium body is made of two blocks angled in opposite directions, set on a flat backplate. These broken planes create play of shadow even when the lamp is off. The wall light measures 9 cm high by 6.5 cm wide.

Up and down halo, IP54

The integrated 6 W LED, supplied, produces 120 lm at 3000 K. This low output gives a marker-light halo: to light a reading or dining area outdoors, plan for another light source. The intensity is fixed. The IP54 rating protects the fitting from dust and splashes: façade, porch or boundary wall.

Positioning

Allow a height of 1.60 to 1.80 m, on each side of a door or at regular intervals along a passage. Black contrasts more strongly on a light render, where the two halos stand out clearly.
