Description

Hanging brass lantern

Here the lantern does not stand on a bracket: it hangs from the top on a curved arm that extends from an oval brass backplate. The faceted cap and its turned finial stay above. The solid brass body has a LifeBrite finish, a glossy polished brass that catches the light by day and by night.

Light source and protection

E27 lampholder up to 60 W, bulb sold separately; the lantern can be dimmed with a suitable bulb and dimmer. The light is directed mainly towards the ground, useful for seeing steps or a lock. IP44: can be fitted on a wall exposed to driving rain. Class I appliance, must be earthed.

Dimensions

26.3 cm high, 14.7 cm wide, 17 cm projection and 1.62 kg. Position it next to the door frame, about 1.80 m above the ground, just above the lock.
