Reef outdoor wall light in Victorian bronze, small size 27.3 cm

A ship's lantern in Victorian bronze

The design recalls boat lights: a dome, two rings joined by short uprights, then a long glass cylinder rounded at its base. These cast aluminium parts carry a Victorian bronze finish, an almost chocolate brown with lighter edges, which pairs well with stone, brick and wood. The etching, applied to the inner face of the glass, softens the glare of the bulb.

Fitting on an exposed façade

Its IP44 rating protects it from rain and splashes: it can stay on a wall with no roof overhang. It projects 22.2 cm and weighs 3.33 kg, with a width of 19.7 cm. If you frame a door with two wall lights, fit them at the same height, around 1.75 m, and a few centimetres from the door frame.

Recommended bulb

The E27 lampholder accepts 60 W maximum; the bulb is not supplied. The supplier states that the light output is variable: pair a dimmer with a dimmable LED. A warm white frosted globe LED keeps the luminous look of the glass. Class I protection: the light must be connected to earth.
