Grey powder-coated cylinder outdoor wall light, up and down lighting, E27

Grey cast aluminium with tight grooves

The grey powder-coated finish covers the body and its bracket. The tight, regular vertical grooves catch the raking light during the day and keep it from looking like a plain tube. At each end, a clear glass diffuser framed in metal protects the bulbs. The rectangular bracket holds the cylinder away from the wall to free the light beams.

E27 sources and dimming

Two E27 lampholders rated for 60 W per bulb; bulbs are not included. Choose two E27 LED bulbs, preferably warm white on a grey façade. The wall light is compatible with a dimmer: in that case, choose LED bulbs stated as dimmable. With an IP54 rating, it withstands bad weather and dust, so it can be installed in the open as well as under a porch.

Where and at what height to install it

It measures 27.6 cm high and 11.2 cm wide, and projects 17.5 cm from the wall. On a gate pillar, centre it on the front face, at eye level or slightly above. Along a covered terrace, a row of evenly spaced wall lights illuminates both the floor and the ceiling.
