Bergen black outdoor lantern wall light with arm and flat cap

Galvanised steel with a black finish

The steel is first hot-dip galvanised, then coated with black polyester powder paint: two layers of protection against rust. The design stays true to the Scandinavian harbour lantern, with its round backplate, straight arm, disc-shaped cap and clear polycarbonate globe held by a ring.

E27 bulb of your choice, up to 60 W

Allow for an E27 bulb, not included in the box, of 60 W maximum. As the globe is transparent, a decorative LED filament bulb remains visible and becomes part of the look; stay with warm white. IP55 rated, it withstands dust and showers, even in strong wind. Class II double insulation: no earth connection required. A dimmer can control the lantern, with a dimmable bulb.

Space to allow in front of the wall

The light projects 36.5 cm, measures 22 cm high and 28 cm wide, and weighs 2.05 kg. Leave clear space on each side, away from an opening shutter; for a garage door, centre it above the lintel.
