Berlin round black outdoor wall light with peaked hood, opal diffuser

Black aluminium porthole with eyelid hood

The body is made of die-cast aluminium with a black powder-coated finish. The upper half forms a rounded eyelid that extends over the diffuser and protects it; a thin black band emphasises the join between the two. The opal polycarbonate diffuser is UV-stabilised, to better withstand the sun.

Soft light, IP54 protection

The E27 lampholder accepts a bulb of up to 60 W, which is not supplied. A 2700 K LED gives a soft light on the façade; if connected to a dimmer, the wall light requires a dimmable LED. The IP54 rating protects the wall light from rain and dust: it can be fitted on an exposed façade as well as under a canopy. As a Class I appliance, an earth connection is mandatory.

Dimensions and mounting height

With a projection of 14 cm, it stays compact beside a door, and weighs 1.85 kg. Position it at about 1.80 m from the ground, next to the entrance or above a letterbox, to light the doorstep and the lock.
