Como black outdoor wall light, fisherman's lantern, 44 cm

Fisherman's hat and curved arm

The die-cast aluminium body has a black finish. The arm rises along the backplate, then curves forwards to a ball joint topped with a small knob. Beneath it, a conical lampshade covers an egg-shaped clear polycarbonate bowl. The design makes a change from the usual square black lanterns.

Light directed downwards

The shade directs the light towards the ground and limits the amount escaping skywards. E27 lampholder, 60 W maximum, bulb sold separately; the light can be dimmed with a dimmer if the bulb is dimmable. IP54 provides protection against dust and water splashes: the wall light can be fitted on an unsheltered façade. Class II, double insulation.

Size and mounting height

It is 27 cm wide and weighs 1.82 kg. Its projection calls for a clear wall: avoid placing it next to an opening shutter. Fix the backplate at about 2 m above the ground so that the globe lights the doorstep without getting in the way.
