Description

A clean square, no grille

This variant of the Egil does away with the slats: the white diffuser fills the whole inside of the frame. The cast aluminium comes in a graphite finish, a very dark grey that blends discreetly with dark render, cladding or anthracite joinery.

Light source included

No bulb to buy: a 5.7 W GX53 light source is included, giving 600 lm of light output and a colour temperature of 3000 K. The solid diffuser lets the light out evenly. Resistant to rain and dust (IP54), the light suits an exposed façade as well as a porch ceiling. Class I connection, earth required.

Installation

Weighing 0.45 kg, it is easy to fit on a wall, on the ceiling of a covered pergola or under a roof overhang. The manufacturer offers a five-year guarantee against corrosion, except when installed within five miles of the coast. To mark out a path, line up several units at regular intervals.
