Hot-dip galvanised pressed steel, raw finish
The shell is pressed from sheet steel and then hot-dip galvanised, a treatment that protects it from corrosion. The zinc leaves a light grey, mottled appearance, clearly visible in the photo, with no paint over the top. The flat back plate sits flush against the wall; a clear glass closes the underside.
A wash of light directed towards the ground
The light is cast downwards and illuminates the wall below the wall light, the doorstep and the first steps. The E27 lampholder accepts up to 60 W; the bulb must be purchased separately. Under the clear glass, a filament LED or an opal bulb changes the look. Rated IP43, it tolerates slanting rain but needs a sheltered position, such as a porch, a gallery or under a roof overhang.
28 cm wide for large façades
It measures 28 cm wide and 14 cm high, projects 16 cm and weighs 0.94 kg. This more generous size than the standard Paris suits a garage door, a double door or a long wall. Earth connection is mandatory (Class I). For a row of wall lights along a façade, keep the same spacing and the same height, around 2 m from the ground.
