Black silhouette, white interior
Round backplate, horizontal arm, vertical stem: the structure carries a cylindrical lantern topped with a flat disc. All the steel is hot-dip galvanised before being powder-coated black. The underside of the disc, painted white, brightens the light reflected towards the ground. Slim uprights and horizontal bands hold the clear polycarbonate shade in place.
E27 lampholder and dimmer
The lampholder takes a bulb of up to 60 W, to be purchased separately. The light can be connected to a dimmer: in that case, choose a dimmable bulb. An amber filament LED enhances the lantern effect behind the clear shade. Protected against dust and splashing water (IP54), it can be fitted to a wall exposed to the weather. Class II double insulation means no earth connection is needed.
A wall light that must be fixed securely
With a projection of 38.5 cm and a weight of 3.72 kg, it requires wall plugs suited to the wall material. Position it at around 1.90 m above the ground if the passage is narrow, so that the cap does not get in the way.
