Ankle grey recessed wall light, LED 1 W 4000 K, square 9 cm

Square front, housing in the wall

This Ankle consists of a grey cast aluminium frame and a rear box designed to be set into the masonry. The top of the frame forms a sloping canopy that hides the LED; the polycarbonate diffuser, at the back of the alcove, casts a soft light downwards. Once installed, only the front stands proud of the wall.

A light marker that withstands water jets

The integrated LED, supplied with the light, uses 1 W and gives 25 lm at 4000 K. It is guide lighting, not ambient lighting: enough to mark a flight of steps or the edge of a path. Rated IP65, the wall light is fully dust-tight and withstands water jets: it can be installed close to the ground, where rain runs off.

Recessing and indoor uses

The front measures 9 cm by 9 cm and the housing requires a depth of 7.1 cm: plan the opening in the wall or low wall before installation. Indoors, it also marks a staircase or can be recessed into a kitchen ceiling. Class I luminaire.
