About this light

White LED outdoor wall light, IP54 rated, shaped as a 10 cm aluminium cube. Its two openings, at the top and bottom, send warm white 3000 K light along the wall. On a white rendered façade it all but disappears by day; it is ideal for lighting an entrance, a path running alongside the house or an outdoor staircase.

Description

A white cube that blends into the render

The body combines white lacquered aluminium and metal. Clean edges, a smooth front face, no decorative elements: the effect comes from the two bands of light, above and below the cube. Seen from below, the white interior reflects the light towards the ground.

9 W LED in 3000 K, IP54 protection

The 9 W LED is integrated and supplied; it produces 630 lm in warm white 3000 K. Its intensity is fixed: control it with a standard switch. The IP54 rating adds protection against dust to resistance to rain, which is useful on a wall exposed to wind and soil blown up from the garden.

A cube that projects 10 cm

10 cm high, 10 cm long and projecting 10 cm from the wall, it weighs 0.66 kg. Along an outdoor staircase, one wall light every four to five steps, fitted fairly low, is enough to mark each landing. For an entrance, mount it at around 1.80 m from the ground.
