The body is made of aluminium and metal in an anthracite finish. Wider than it is tall, it has a solid band across the top and, underneath, an angled cut-out running from one edge to the other. The LED is hidden under this lip: you see a line of light rather than a point.

160 lm to mark out a pathway

The integrated LED source, supplied with the light, consumes 1.5 W and emits 3000 K light, leaning towards yellow. Its output is modest, suited to marking a path or an outdoor staircase rather than lighting a terrace. It works on/off only, with no dimming. The IP65 rating protects it from water jets and dust, on an unsheltered wall as well as under a porch.

Dimensions and wall fixing

At 3 cm deep and 0.17 kg, it remains discreet and easy to fit. Its horizontal shape lends itself to being installed in a series: one wall light every two or three paces along a path, or one every three steps in the wall of a staircase. The fitting is Class II, so it has no earth terminal.
