Klampenborg black outdoor wall light in 304 stainless steel, 27.5 cm shade

Black 304 stainless steel, light underside

This version is made of 304 stainless steel, a grade of stainless steel commonly used outdoors. The black finish covers the backplate, the arm and the top of the shade, while the inside of the disc appears light in the photo, which reflects the light downwards. The clear glass globe lets the bulb show through.

An E27 bulb, IP44 protection

You will need an E27 bulb of 60 W maximum: it is not included. A clear glass filament LED keeps the lantern look and gives off little heat. The IP44 rating allows it to be installed on a façade, in the rain or under a porch. The supplier states that it is dimmable: with a dimmable E27 bulb, it can be adjusted with a dimmer. Class I requires a circuit with an earth connection.

42 cm projection for 1.15 kg

At 25.5 cm high and 42 cm deep, it needs a wall with clear space around it. Next to a door, fitting it at about 1.75 m from the ground puts the globe just above head height. It weighs only 1.15 kg, which makes fixing easier.
