Halleron outdoor wall light, bubbled glass sphere, 2 lights

A globe held like a carriage lantern

The arm starts from an oval moulded backplate, curls into a spiral and then grips the globe from above. The clear bubbled glass sphere is crisscrossed with fine metal ribs and encircled by a pierced gallery. A small finial hangs beneath the base. Aluminium and brass structure, burnished bronze finish.

Two candle lampholders

Two E14 caps, 40 W maximum per bulb; no bulbs included. Clear LED flame bulbs stay true to the spirit of an antique lantern; if the bulbs are dimmable, they work with a dimmer. Rated IP44, the wall light withstands rain and can be fitted on an unsheltered facade. Class I: earth wire required.

Dimensions

25.4 cm wide, 31.8 cm projection and 3.24 kg. Place it beside the door rather than above it, with the centre of the globe at about 1.80 m from the ground, to light both the doorstep and the lock.
