About this light

The medium Huntersfield is a black two-light outdoor wall light whose lantern hangs from the end of a curved arm. Its wide pyramid roof and bubbled glass recall old street lamps. Height: 47.9 cm, a size that sits neatly beside a classic front door.

Description

Street lamp lantern

The gooseneck arm, fixed to a backplate, ends in a decorative hook that carries the lantern. The clear bubbled glass panes tilt slightly outwards up to the roof, which overhangs like a canopy. The whole is made of aluminium and brass in a uniform black.

Two candle lampholders

You will need two E14 bulbs, not supplied, of 40 W maximum. The wall light works with a dimmer; to keep the candle look, choose clear, dimmable, warm-toned LED flame bulbs. The IP44 protection allows it to be installed on a facade, in the rain or under a porch.

47.9 cm high, 27.4 cm projection

At 22.9 cm wide and 2.92 kg, it projects noticeably: leave a little clearance between the lantern and the edge of any woodwork. One wall light on each side of a standard door, with the roof level with the lintel, gives balanced lighting.
