Half-lantern in brushed brass and clear glass
The rectangular box sits flat against the wall. Three glazed sides reveal two candle holders side by side, mounted on the back plate. At the top, an openwork frieze of closely set bars crowns the lantern; at the bottom, small turned feet lift the base. The brushed finish gives the brass a satin gold tone, less shiny than polished brass.
Two E14 candle bulbs behind the glass
Each candle holder takes an E14 bulb of up to 40 W; both bulbs must be purchased separately. 2700 K LED filament flame bulbs recreate the look of a candle lantern; if dimmable, they can be adjusted with a dimmer, which this wall light accepts. Rated IP44, the wall light withstands rain: install it on a façade, under a porch or in a courtyard.
The widest of the Holborn wall models
At 31 cm high and 25.5 cm wide, the two-light version suits a front door or flanks a garage door. Place it at about 1.70 to 1.80 m above the ground, or centred above the door if the lintel leaves enough height. Class I: the lantern, weighing 3.3 kg, must be connected to earth.
