Beacon Narrow Outdoor Wall Lantern in Museum Black, E27, 45.7 cm

Slim silhouette in museum black

The narrow glazed body rises to a stepped roof topped with a ring and a scroll, as if to hang the lantern. The aluminium is finished in museum black, a matt black with a slightly aged look, and rivets mark the corners of the frame. The clear glass, studded with bubbles, slightly blurs the view of the bulb.

One E27 bulb of 60 W maximum

Unlike the two-candle versions, this one has a single lampholder with an E27 cap, accepting 60 W maximum; no bulb is supplied. An LED filament bulb in a pear or globe shape suits the bubble glass. The brightness can be varied with a dimmable bulb and a suitable dimmer. The IP44 rating allows it to withstand rain on an unsheltered façade.

Installation on a narrow wall

With a projection of 18 cm and a weight of 2.6 kg, it can be fixed to most walls with suitable wall plugs. Its slim width means it can be installed between a door and a window or on a gate post. When fitting a pair around a door, align the two lanterns at the same height, with the centre at about 1.70 m from the ground.
