Clear glass and patinated black metal
The contrast is what makes this version interesting: the museum black finish, dark and slightly greyed, sets off the clear glass of the globe. The globe is shaped like a pineapple, with a crown of leaves above and a small pointed spike below. The arched wall plate, edged with a woven relief, holds the globe on a short arm.
A bulb visible behind the glass
Use one E27 bulb of 40 W maximum, to be supplied separately. As the glass is clear, choose a decorative bulb, globe or filament, with a yellow light of around 2700 K. With a dimmable bulb, the wall light can be connected to a dimmer. The IP44 rating allows it to withstand rain, on a façade or an exposed garden wall. Class I: earthed connection required.
Fitted on a small section of wall
The wall light measures 35.6 cm high by 15.2 cm wide and projects 17.3 cm from the wall. It weighs only 1.65 kg. Positioned at around 1.60 to 1.70 m from the ground, it lights a lock or a doorstep without dazzling; fitted in a series along a path bordered by a wall, it marks out the way.
