Toronto silver gooseneck outdoor wall light with shade and clear glass

Curved arm and silver steel shade

A round backplate holds a tubular arm that extends outwards, then dips down in a gooseneck curve. At the end, a very flared conical shade in mild steel with a galvanised-look silver finish covers an elongated clear glass globe. A filament bulb, visible through the glass, completes the look.

Light directed down towards the doorstep

The shade directs the light towards the ground and the doorstep, without dazzling those arriving. The E27 lampholder is designed for a 10 W bulb, not included; choose a 2700 K LED for a warm white light. The light is stated as dimmable: with a dimmable bulb and a suitable dimmer, you can lower the light level. As for weather, the IP44 rating suits a facade lashed by rain as well as a sheltered wall. Class I: it must be connected to earth.

Dimensions and facade installation

At 33 cm high, 24.5 cm wide and with a 31 cm projection, it is visible from afar without obstructing the way. Allow for installation at about 1.80 m from the ground beside a door, or centred above a garage door. It weighs 1.1 kg.
