About this light

A grey outdoor wall light with clear glass, Portofino holds its globe away from the wall on a bevelled stainless steel bracket. The transparent glass, topped with a round dark grey cap, reveals the E27 bulb. With a projection of 24.7 cm and a width of 10 cm, it lifts the light away from the façade and suits a porch, a side door or a courtyard wall.

Description

Wedge-shaped bracket, grey cap and transparent globe

A rectangular backplate extends into a wedge-shaped arm, wider at the wall than at its end. It carries a dark grey cylindrical cap, beneath which a transparent glass globe with a rounded end is fixed.

E27 bulb, dimming and IP44 rating

Designed for a 40 W E27 bulb (not included), the wall light shines through the whole globe, onto the wall and the ground alike. It accepts dimming: a dimmable LED bulb and a suitable dimmer are all you need to adjust the lighting level. With its IP44 rating, it withstands showers and splashes; fit it on a façade or under a canopy. The light fitting is Class I and must be earthed.

Dimensions and mounting height

19.7 cm high and 10 cm wide: the silhouette stays slim when seen from the front, but the 24.7 cm projection sets it clearly away from the wall. Near a door or a path, a height of about 1.80 m keeps the bulb out of your eyes. It weighs 1.18 kg, which wall plugs chosen to suit the wall will support without difficulty.
