About this light

An outdoor Tiffany wall lantern, the Inglenook Outdoor hangs a square lantern topped with a pyramid roof from a crook-shaped arm. Its stained glass forms amber and cream fans against a golden glass background, in the Arts and Crafts spirit. At 31.4 cm high, it is the large wall model in the range, with an E27 bulb.

Description

Pyramid roof and stained glass panels

Each side of the lantern has a Tiffany glass panel: triangles and rays in amber, cream and honey, with a few coloured accents. The wide, overhanging pyramid roof shelters the glass and recalls chalet lanterns. The lantern hangs from a hook at the end of a curved arm, fixed to a vertical wall plate, all in bronze-finish steel.

Light filtered through coloured glass

The E27 bulb, 60 W maximum, is not included; with a compatible bulb, the lantern can be dimmed using a dimmer. The stained glass filters the light and tints it amber: the lantern serves as a luminous marker and decoration rather than powerful lighting. Its IP44 rating means it can be rained on when mounted on a front wall or can be kept under a porch.

Dimensions of 31.4 cm

It measures 21.5 cm wide, projects 26.1 cm from the wall and weighs 3.06 kg. Placed on either side of a front door, at about 1.80 m above the ground, it matches the square Inglenook ceiling light fitted under the canopy.
