Two frosted strips on either side of the glass
The reflective surface takes up the whole central width; on the left and right, a vertical strip of frosted glass hides the LEDs and spreads an even light over the face, with no shadows under the eyes. The whole piece, with an aluminium frame and a white-finish steel back, is only 2.6 cm thick.
Integrated LEDs, pull cord and anti-mist
Two 13 W LED modules, integrated and supplied, together give 918 lm at 3000 K: enough for shaving or applying make-up. A pull cord switches the light on, so there is no touch switch to use with wet hands. The British retailer states that an integrated anti-mist function protects against condensation. With its IP44 rating, the mirror can be placed above the washbasin, but outside the shower zone.
70 cm wide, to be fixed above the washbasin
At 70 cm wide by 50 cm high, it suits a single-basin vanity unit of 60 to 80 cm. It weighs 5.95 kg: use wall plugs suited to your wall, including tiled walls. Fix it so that the centre of the glass is at eye level, about 1.65 m from the floor. Provide an electrical supply behind the mirror.
