Bubble outdoor ceiling light, matt white globe 33.5 cm, IP44

A milky pebble on an aluminium base

The die-cast aluminium body stays almost invisible: only a white ring shows at the ceiling. The whole volume is taken up by the matt white plastic diffuser, wider than it is tall, which softens the light source and shows no visible bright spot.

E27 bulb and IP44 protection

The ceiling light accepts an E27 bulb of up to 60 W, not included. A standard warm white LED is enough for an entrance or a carport; choose 3000 K or 4000 K in a garage where you do DIY. Protected against splashes (IP44), it can be fitted under a canopy, on the ceiling of a porch or in a bathroom, provided it stays outside the shower zone. Class I, with earth connection.

Dimensions and ceiling fixing

33.5 cm in diameter and 17 cm deep: the Bubble covers a small ceiling well without hanging too low. It weighs 1.73 kg, a modest weight for a concrete or plasterboard ceiling fitted with suitable wall plugs. Centre it above the doorway, or in the middle of a canopy, to light both the door and the steps.
