Parish hexagonal black outdoor ceiling light, 30 cm diameter

A transparent hexagon sitting flat

Seen from below, the ceiling light forms a hexagon: transparent polycarbonate panels, held by black cast aluminium ribs, converge on a small central cabochon. This design echoes the lines of the Parish lanterns, flattened for ceiling mounting.

Under a porch or on a wall

Its E27 lampholder takes up to 60 W, bulb not included; a dimmable bulb allows it to be connected to a dimmer. Rated IP44, it withstands damp and the rain that blows into an open porch or covered terrace. According to the manufacturer, it can also be mounted on a wall as a wall light.

Slim depth below the ceiling

The light drops only 16.5 cm below the ceiling, with a diameter of 30 cm and a weight of 1.71 kg. Centre it in front of the entrance door to light the doorstep and the lock. It is connected to a junction box with an earth conductor (Class I). According to the manufacturer's text, the range comes with a 10-year guarantee against corrosion.
