Bern square galvanised outdoor wall light with clear glass

Galvanised steel and clear glass

The galvanised steel front plate, mounted on a cast aluminium backplate, offers a matt silver-grey finish, less shiny than stainless steel. The curved clear glass reveals the lampholder and the reflector, while two parallel bars hold it on the frame. This visible assembly gives the Bern a technical look, close to workshop lighting.

Light and water resistance

Designed for an E27 60 W bulb, sold separately. An amber filament LED enhances the retro feel of the clear glass, and a dimmable version allows it to be connected to a dimmer. The IP54 rating protects against water splashes as well as dust: wind-driven rain or an unsheltered wall are no problem. Class I protection, earthing required.

24.5 cm square format and 3.2 kg

With a projection of only 12 cm, it stays discreet in a narrow passage or under a low canopy. At 3.2 kg, it needs a secure fixing into masonry. Along a covered walkway, line up several lights on the wall at regular intervals for continuous lighting.
