Bern square black outdoor wall light, clear glass, IP54

Black frame and curved glass

The front plate, in black powder-coated galvanised steel, sits on a cast aluminium backplate; the two bands around the glass share the same finish. The clear glass, curved from left to right, reveals the lampholder and the shiny reflector. On light render, this black square makes a crisp marker; on a dark facade, it is more discreet and only the light stands out.

Visible light, IP54 protection

60 W E27 bulb to be purchased separately. A clear globe bulb or an amber filament LED gives a lantern-like glow behind the glass; in a dimmable version, it works with a dimmer. The IP54 rating protects the wall light from water splashes and dust, even on a gable end lashed by rain. Class I: provide an earthed circuit.

Positioning on the facade

The light measures 24.5 cm per side, projects 12 cm and weighs 3.26 kg. On brick or concrete, standard wall plugs are suitable; on cladding, screw into the frame. Along a terrace, space several units evenly to mark out the path.
